Managed Reporting – Your highly formatted reports are created by our development team working with your business users or analysts. Reports are typically based upon your approved corporate data, and the results shared broadly with management staff, partners, or across departments. Your IT involvement is moderate—usually overseeing the distribution and monitoring of the reporting environment and assisting in building the structured data layer these reports are built upon.


Operational Reporting – Similar to Managed Reports, Operational Reports (often called parameterized reports) are also characterized by very fixed-formats. These reports are authored by our developers and then managed and maintained by your IT or by DSI staff. These usually follow a pixel perfect format and rendering style. DSI delivers consistency, scalability, manageability, and automated distribution.


Self-Service Reporting – We deliver free-form reporting and analysis to your users so they can integrate data from disparate sources, to drill-down and understand the root cause for data anomalies. Users are typically non-technical and value the ability to perform their own reporting and analysis without relying heavily on IT or others.
