easily monitor the performance of their business focus or area. These reports
are well-suited to content delivered to executive level or department leadership
who typically require at-a-glance visibility on the health of the business, but
often also want further investigation via drill-down to the details.
Scorecards – Provide your users with highly summarized views
with Key Performance Indicators (or KPIs) measured and scored against predefined
targets such as a balanced scorecard. Their deployment is generally a part of a
performance management program like Balanced Scorecard or Six Sigma—though they
can also be used to measure operational performance.
